| on Saturday, I had raw sea urchin's gonads.....
at a nice japanese restaurant in Sacramento.
the crazy thing was... the shell of the sea urbin with its spikes was still moving on the plate.
it tastes alright, but it's not something that I would order ever again in my life with that kind of high class price.
don't get me wrong for eating such a lovely ocean creature alive. I love animals!
In fact, a friend knows the people of the restaurant, so they brought us buncha special dishes that were not on the menu. And yep! Raw sea urchin's gonads dish was one of them.
